After accumulating 5 Training Levels, you can apply a position-specific Rank Up Item to boost the player’s OVR by +1. On the other hand, ranking up a player requires Rank Up Items to increase both their OVR and stats. Training a level involves merging one or more players into another player, resulting in an increase in their individual stats without affecting their OVR.
